Exchange and Return Policy – Tech Bazaar

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN OR EXCHANGE POLICY?

If you want to return or exchange something, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to do so if:

  • A damaged, stained, faulty, or unfinished product is received.

  • The item(s) must be new and in its original packaging, complete with all labels and protective tags.

  • The size of the product delivered did not match the size that was ordered.

This only applies to goods shipped within Pakistan. For international orders, please contact our customer service team, and we will do all we can to assist you.

Note: Due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the actual color or texture of the finished item may differ slightly. Refunds and exchanges for this reason will not be entertained.

Exchanges and refunds during a sale or on discounted products are only applicable if the product received does not match what was ordered.

PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

We regret that the following products are excluded from return and exchange:

  • Customized, altered, or personalized items

  • Products on sale or promotional offer

  • Items that have already been exchanged

ACCEPTANCE OF RETURN AND EXCHANGE ORDERS:

Please note that certain orders may be canceled or refused at our discretion. Tech Bazaar reserves the right to reject or cancel any order for the following reasons.

HOW DO I APPLY FOR AN EXCHANGE?

To return an item:

  • Please email us at qurbanalipk901@gmail.com with your reason for return and order details.

  • You can also call our customer service at +92 370 4886279 within 3 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the items to Tech Bazaar. Once your request is approved by customer support, please courier the parcel to the following address:

Shop #52, Shahabpura Road, Factory Area, Sialkot, 51310, Pakistan

CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE:

  • The product for exchange will be valued at the current selling price.

  • If the new item is of greater value, you must pay the difference.

  • No store credits will be issued.

  • We will not exchange items of lesser value.

  • Tech Bazaar reserves the right to limit or reject any exchange request.

Note: Articles purchased on sale or during occasions will not be exchanged or returned.

WHEN WILL MY EXCHANGE BE PROCESSED?

We strive to process returns within 5–7 days of receiving them.

During busy seasons, please allow up to 14 working days for processing.

WHAT IS YOUR SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY?

If the size you received does not fit and you'd like to exchange:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all labels/stickers.

  • This applies only to orders shipped within Pakistan.

  • Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

DO YOU OFFER A REFUND?

Refunds are not offered as standard practice.

However, in rare cases where we are unable to provide an exchange or other resolution, a refund may be considered after evaluation by our management.

  • Refunds (if approved) take 10–15 business days, depending on your payment method.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS: SALE & DISCOUNTED ORDERS

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale or discounted items.

However, an exception will be made if the product you receive is not what you ordered.
